Move of the Month – The Burpee

Buck Furpees, am I right? Almost everyone loves to hate this exercise. Burpees are a full body exercise that will kick your ass and take names. Are you ready to get your heart rate pumping?



Burpees are great because they do not require any equipment and can be done anywhere. No gym necessary. No excuses needed.

  1. To start this exercise, jump off the ground and land in a squat
  2. From that squatted position, jump to the ground in a high plank
  3. From that plank position, you will perform a push up
  4. As you push away from the ground, pop your feet up as close as you can to your hands.
  5. From there, explode off the ground into a jump and start over

Try performing as many burpees as you can for 1 minute. Did you make it through the whole minute without stopping? How many burpees can you complete in a minute?
